Pickup

• Free pickup is offered for our local customers
• Most orders are processed and ready for pickup in 24hrs or less
• We will contact you with pickup details once your order is ready
• Pickup times are Monday-Friday from 10:00am-7:00pm CST, excluding holidays
• Please note that Properly Tied items are not available for pickup

Shipping

• Free shipping for orders $100.00 and up
• Standard Shipping is $7 for purchases under $100.00
  

Processing: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2pm will be processed and shipped within 48 hours. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed within 48 hours on the next business day.

*Tortoise & Hare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports delivered to address provided. Please contact your local USPS for help on recovery of packages.
