Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be in new condition (tags must be attached, no signs of wear, no smell). Items in the final sale category are not eligible for return. Final sale includes: sale items discounted beyond 20%, personalized items, socks, tights, hair accessories, and hats. No exceptions.
- Tortoise & Hare has the right to inspect all returns and if not received in new condition, we cannot issue a store credit.Â
- NO exchanges will be made. A store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days of our receipt of your returned items and new items can then be ordered.
- ALL returns must be made within 14 days upon receipt of the order, no exceptions.
- Any returned items received by us beyond the 14-day return period, not in new condition, or included in the final sale category will be sent back at the buyer's cost.
- We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.Â

ORDER CANCELLATION:
Once an order is placed and shipping confirmed, we cannot approve a cancellation. If an order is cancelled prior to shipping confirmation, a store credit will be applied to customer's account.
